As a Business Development Manager (gn), you will be responsible for the optimization and management of our business processes as well as the development of our innovation and product strategy. Your Mission With Us

• You develop, optimize and standardize central business processes
• You drive automation and efficiency improvement in the operating model
• You ensure clear governance structures and clean processes
• You act as the central interface between product, development and relevant stakeholders
• You ensure transparency, alignment and clear prioritization across all teams
• You identify optimization potentials and implement structured solutions
• You manage the innovation and ideation process and develop a strong pipeline
• You utilize market, competition and customer data for informed decisions
• You are responsible for the product roadmap from a process perspective
• You accompany product launches and analyze performance based on relevant KPIs

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed degree in business administration, economics, business engineering or a comparable field
• You bring experience in business development, consulting, product management or innovation management
• You have demonstrable experience in managing cross-functional projects
• You think analytically and work data-driven, ideally with Excel or BI tools
• You have a good understanding of product life cycles, launch processes and KPI systems
• You work structured, independently and set clear priorities with a strong ownership mindset
• You communicate very well and confidently, also on management level
• You speak fluent German and English
