Head Of Performance Marketing - More Nutrition (gn)

As part of The Quality Group, you will build up our performance marketing for our brand More Nutrition and form a strong team that drives growth and efficiency. In this key role, you have the chance to redesign structures and processes, manage budgets, and take the performance of our campaigns to the next level.

Your Mission With Us

• You develop and implement overarching performance marketing strategies for our brand More Nutrition
• You build up a new performance marketing team and develop it in the long term (including paid media, SEA, external partners, etc.)
• You establish processes, workflows, and structures for efficient and scalable work
• You are responsible for budget planning, allocation, and performance controlling (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV)
• You manage and optimize all paid channels (paid social, paid search, display, affiliate, etc.)
• You introduce tracking, attribution, and automation solutions and develop them further
• You work closely with content, brand, CRM, and product to optimize the funnel and customer journey
• You derive data-driven action recommendations from KPIs and create regular reports

Your Experience & Skills

• You bring 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media, ideally in the e-commerce or D2C environment
• You have experience in building teams as well as in the introduction of processes and structures
• You master the common paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Display/Programmatic, Affiliate, etc.) confidently
• You understand the relevant performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and assume budget responsibility
• You work confidently with tracking and BI tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Data Warehouse)
• You combine a strong analytical, data-driven mindset with a strategic and operational hands-on mentality
• You convince with leadership and communication skills and have a passion for building new structures
• You speak fluent German and English
