Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (gn)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (gn) at More Nutrition to take our Paid Social campaigns to the next level and drive sustainable growth.

Your Mission With Us

You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and optimize them for performance and growth. You will develop data-driven campaign strategies that acquire new customers and increase our Customer Lifetime Value. You will continuously test creatives, placements, target audiences, and bidding strategies to efficiently use budgets. You will analyze campaign performance based on relevant KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate) and derive specific optimizations. You will work closely with our Creative Team to develop performance-driven ads and validate new hypotheses. You will identify new Paid Social trends, platforms, and features early on and implement them for MORE Nutrition.

Your Experience & Skills

You have 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social (Instagram, Meta, TikTok or comparable platforms). You have successfully managed and scaled significant budgets. You bring in-depth knowledge of tracking, attribution, and common Ad-Tech tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Analytics, MMPs). You are strong in data analysis, make decisions based on KPIs, and translate numbers into clear action recommendations. You have a good sense for creative testing and know which advertising materials are crucial for performance. You are familiar with A/B testing methods and conversion optimization. You work structured, proactive, and bring a "Growth Mindset" mentality. You speak fluent German and English.
