As a Product Developer (gn) Bars you will be part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe. In particular, you will develop our bar products of the TQG-Brand ESN. You bring experience in product development and are keen to drive the brands ESN & More Nutrition forward? Your Mission With Us

• You develop new bar recipes independently – from the first product idea through to laboratory production, documentation and series transfer
• You optimize existing recipes in terms of taste, texture, shelf life and nutritional profile
• You conduct shelf-life studies, evaluate the results and derive improvement measures from them
• You research and evaluate new raw materials, scout innovative ingredients and work closely with the procurement team on the exchange of existing raw materials
• You work closely with internal interfaces such as marketing, quality assurance, production and purchasing as well as with external suppliers
• You organize and accompany tastings in the team, evaluate taste, mouthfeel and acceptance of your prototypes
• You document and present your development progress and results
• You design trend-oriented product concepts with – for example clean label, high protein, sugar-reduced or vegan

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional sciences, nutritional science or a comparable qualification
• You bring first practical experience in product development – ideally in the field of protein bars, functional foods or dietary supplements
• You confidently use common IT and documentation tools (e.g. Excel, recipe databases, laboratory software)
• You work structured, analytical and independently – even if several projects run in parallel
• You place great importance on quality as well as laboratory and work safety
• You are a real team player and communicate clearly and openly in an interdisciplinary environment
• You speak very good German and English – verbally as well as in writing
• Creativity, innovation spirit and a pronounced hands-on mentality complete your profile
