As a Product Developer (gn) you will be part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe. In particular, you will develop our powder, capsule, and tablet products of the TQG-Brand More Nutrition. Your Mission With Us

• With great enthusiasm, you accompany product development projects from start to finish, from idea generation to market launch
• You are responsible for creating the recipes as well as their production and documentation
• You are responsible for conducting the storage test data from the trials, interpreting them and deriving conclusions for your developments from them
• You challenge the status quo and take existing recipes to the next level
• You look for new raw materials that are relevant for our development and support our procurement team in the exchange of existing raw materials
• You are in close contact with other departments and maintain contact with our suppliers
• You test our products with your great sense for the best taste and the best ingredient combinations and strive for the constant improvement of our products
• You organize and document tastings of the products you prepare in your team

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a successfully completed degree in nutritional sciences, ecotrophology, food chemistry, food technology, or a comparable vocational training
• Ideally, you bring first experiences in product development with (plus point are experiences in the field of dietary supplements, sugar-free, protein-enriched foods or bars)
• You have basic IT skills and the ability to apply them in your daily work routine and documentation
• You work independently, carefully and well structured – even with many parallel projects it is easy for you to keep an overview
• You have a high awareness of laboratory and work safety
• You are motivated, reliable and like to work in a team
• You master the German and English languages perfectly
• Your profile is rounded off by creativity and a hands-on mentality
