As a Senior Product Developer (gn) for Value Improvement Projects, you will be part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe. Your Mission With Us

• You will take joint responsibility for raw material exchange projects with your team colleague at More Nutrition and question the status quo to further develop existing recipes.
• You will scout new, exciting raw materials and support our procurement team in replacing existing raw materials optimally.
• You will test raw materials with various sensory methods, check specifications (including declarations, allergens, nutritional values, etc.), and develop new recipes from them.
• You will work closely with procurement, product development, quality management, and our raw material manufacturers.
• You will always think processes through and contribute to their improvement.
• You will prioritize projects independently and coordinate closely with your team.
• You will use your sense of taste and ingredients, regularly test our products, and ensure continuous improvements.
• You will adapt and develop recipes specifically when a raw material cannot be replaced 1:1.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a successfully completed degree in nutritional sciences, ecotrophology, food chemistry, food technology, or a comparable vocational training (including baker/confectioner).
• You ideally have 2–3 years of professional experience in product development (plus points are experience in the field of dietary supplements, sugar-free, protein-enriched foods or bars, and initial management experience).
• You have basic IT skills and the ability to apply them in your daily workflow and documentation.
• You work independently, carefully, and well-structured – even with many parallel projects, it is easy for you to keep track.
• You have a high awareness of laboratory and work safety.
• You are motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• Your profile is rounded off by creativity and a hands-on mentality.
