Working Student - Affiliate Marketing (Dutch-speaking)

The Quality Group is growing! ESN – one of the leading fitness & sports nutrition brands – is looking for a Working Student Affiliate Marketing (Dutch-speaking) (gn). In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in performance and partner marketing while contributing to the growth of a dynamic, international team.

Your Mission

• Strategy Development: You create and implement strategies to attract and retain affiliates, grow the program, and increase overall sales and brand awareness.
• Affiliate Recruitment & Management: You identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners who align with the company's target audience and brand values.
• Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support, training, and resources to help them effectively promote products and services.
• Campaign & Content Creation: You develop and distribute creative content, promotional materials, and compelling campaigns for use by affiliates.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: You track KPIs such as conversions, ROI, and traffic, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness in tools such as AWIN or TradeDoubler.
• Contract & Financial Management: You negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements with affiliates, ensuring both parties benefit.
• Budget & Compliance: You manage the affiliate marketing budget and ensure that the program adheres to all relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Reporting: You provide regular reports and insights on program performance as well as competitors to senior management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program: You are studying in any field (discipline does not matter).
• Excellent communication skills: You speak Dutch and English fluently.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented: You work with precision and initiative.
• Interest in digital marketing: You are confident in working with data and digital tools.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing: You may already have some knowledge, but it is not required.
