This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and applying automation and AI to deliver real business value at scale.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and document digital marketing processes end-to-end
• Apply PPI, Lean, and root cause analysis techniques to identify improvement opportunities
• Reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and enhance process quality
• Track and report benefits delivered through automation initiatives

Build Automation & Workflows

• Design and implement workflow and RPA solutions using:
• Microsoft Power Automate
• UiPath or Blue Prism
• Automate repetitive, rule-based tasks such as data handling, reporting refreshes, system updates, and approvals
• Create clear process and solution documentation
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards

Enable AI & Intelligent Automation

• Support AI-enabled use cases (e.g., content assistance, document processing, intelligent workflows)
• Partner with IT and data teams to support AI integrations
• Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring outputs are reviewed and used appropriately

Collaborate & Drive Adoption

• Work closely with Digital Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Business Excellence teams
• Translate business needs into scalable, practical automation solutions
• Support change management, user enablement, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, or Blue Prism
• Strong skills in process mapping, analysis, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Digital Marketing Operations or Marketing Tech tools
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery models
