Marketing Analytics Team Member

Join our Marketing Analytics team and help build smarter marketing decisions through the power of data. We're looking for a curious, analytical problem solver who thrives on uncovering insights from diverse datasets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, clean, and unify marketing data from various sources like CRM, web analytics, and social media using Databricks.
  • Develop dashboards and reports with data visualization tools to present sophisticated insights clearly.
  • Performance Analysis: Apply data integration tools to process large volumes and a wide variety of marketing performance data. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key drivers of success and opportunities for optimization with accuracy and visibility.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing analysts, data engineers, and product managers to translate business objectives into analytical projects.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Supervise data pipelines for integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies, ensuring high standards of accuracy and reliability in all marketing analytics outputs.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting logic to ensure transparency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing analytics, data analyst, or business intelligence role with a consistent track record of impactful analysis.
  • Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering, sophisticated analytics, and collaborative notebook development.
  • Strong SQL skills for query development and data manipulation across large datasets.
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Databricks dashboards) to communicate insights successfully.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and model development within Databricks.
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing channels, metrics, and technologies including paid search, display advertising, email, social, SEO, and web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a dedicated approach to solving business challenges.
