The Marketing Specialist is fully accountable for driving and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth and customer engagement across Singapore and Malaysia. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and regional stakeholders to execute demand generation programs, optimize lead management processes, strengthen digital engagement, and improve marketing performance visibility through data-driven insights and CRM excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong market understanding with commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, demand generation, or marketing excellence roles. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Eloqua, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms preferred. Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in B2B, life sciences, healthcare, or technology-driven industries is an advantage. Proactive, collaborative, and commercially driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
