Procurement Data Product Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Data Product Manager to join our Automation, AI, & Data organization as part of the Data Product Solutions team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across diverse functional areas. By applying your expertise in data analytics, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems, you will generate impactful insights and help shape strategies that improve efficiency, performance, and innovation across the business. You'll work closely with multi-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into scalable data solutions, and deliver actionable insights through compelling analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile scrum teams to deliver data solutions iteratively, including the development and ongoing maintenance of product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans that align with customer priorities and strategic objectives
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to surface trends, find opportunities, and deliver actionable business insights across a variety of functional domains
  • Collaborate with partners to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions in partnership with engineering and data management teams
  • Lead and optimize data and corresponding pipeline/ETL processes to ensure reliable and efficient integration from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights and monitor key performance indicators
  • Promote data quality, consistency, and governance standards across analytical work
  • Find opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into data workflows to improve efficiency and insight delivery

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a data or business analyst, ideally in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects using agile methodologies, managing backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact data solutions aligned with business goals
  • Proven track record of leading data initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems and business processes (e.g., ERP, CRM, supply chain platforms, R&D systems)
  • Experience with procurement data domain is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL and data modeling for advanced querying and performance optimization
  • Experience working with large-scale data in warehouse or Lakehouse environments
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks)
  • Proficient in building visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Awareness of large language models (LLMs) and interest in applying AI/ML tools to enhance analytics

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or similar)
  • Master's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $93,800.00–$130,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
