Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated product specialist to drive business growth and market development in Taiwan, focusing on qPCR, dPCR, and capillary electrophoresis (CE) solutions. This role will combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial support to expand our presence in life science and applied markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market development and sales growth for qPCR, dPCR, and CE product portfolios in Taiwan
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and build strong opportunity pipelines, especially for emerging technologies such as dPCR
  • Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to customers, KOLs, and at scientific conferences
  • Partner with sales, marketing, application specialists, and global business units to execute local strategies and campaigns
  • Identify and develop new applications, workflows, and customer segments aligned with Taiwan market needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), research institutes, and clinical/diagnostic customers
  • Provide technical consultation and solution-based selling, addressing workflow gaps and customer challenges
  • Collect and communicate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in life sciences or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of laboratory or relevant experience, with 2+ years in a customer-facing or commercial role
  • Hands-on experience with qPCR systems (Applied Biosystems preferred); experience with dPCR or CE platforms is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; fluent presentation skills in English.
  • Proven ability to deliver scientific presentations to diverse audiences
  • Customer-focused with strong awareness of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in clinical or diagnostics markets
  • Strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
