We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, self-starter to join our Brand Marketing team as a Marketing Supervisor. The Supervisor joins a team of leaders responsible for completing programs with the intention of driving short- and long-term growth for the brand. Marketing Supervisors bring an understanding of the marketing landscape, channel standard processes and can optimally translate brand priorities, insights and data into planning and execution.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Marshalls, this role is specifically responsible for implementing influencer and social strategies and programming to help drive the success of Marshalls. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently, yet is also comfortable being hands on and collaborating within a team. This role offers valuable exposure to broader brand marketing functions and provides a strong opportunity to expand and deepen your overall marketing skills.
