You will be responsible for developing, driving, and maintaining data governance products, services, policies, and frameworks for the Enterprise. Our portfolio includes, but is not limited to, Data Policy & Standards, Data Stewardship, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Classification, and Data Protection. Leading one or more of these products will necessitate engagement and collaboration with Technology, Business, and Compliance groups such as Cyber Security and Privacy, as well as our Data and AI Council. You will be instrumental in ensuring that teams comply with our data governance requirements throughout the software development and data lifecycles, thereby resulting in trusted and certified data products that users can discover, understand, and utilize appropriately and effectively. Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
Certifications (Preferred): Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
