Your Role In Our Team

As a Key Account Store Operations Specialist, you are the voice of Too Good To Go for our most important key account partners across Germany. You are part of the Key Account Growth Team and ensure that our partnerships at the store level not only exist but also flourish.

In this role, you are a communication professional. Your daily work takes place about 80% on the phone. You love picking up the receiver to build relationships, solve problems, and sustainably inspire our partners.

Your Tasks

  • Relationship Management & Retention: You are the direct phone connection to our existing partners. Through proactive calls, you build strong relationships at the store level, recognize needs early, and ensure that partners remain satisfied with Too Good To Go in the long term.
  • Growth & Performance Optimization: You identify growth potentials and conduct targeted calling actions with existing partners to convince them to increase their engagement in a measurable way.
  • Interface To The Outside Sales Team: You support the Key Account outside sales team by preparing and following up on appointments to ensure that our on-site visits have maximum impact.
  • Acquisition Support: You assist in the acquisition of new locations by actively picking up the phone and enthusiastically inspiring store managers with our mission.
  • Analytics Meets Communication: You use tools like Salesforce and Looker to find weaknesses in performance to solve them directly with partners through targeted advice.
  • Process Optimization: Together with our Key Account Managers, you develop strategies on how we can make our phone workflows even more efficient and scalable.
  • Administrative Support: You document your phone calls meticulously in our systems to ensure transparency and smooth operation in the team.

  • Passion for the "Voice": You love to talk on the phone. You can build trust just through your voice, charm away objections, and motivate people.
  • Resilience & Endurance: Spending 80% of your time on the phone does not scare you off – on the contrary: You draw energy from generating impact at a high rate.
  • Communication Talent: You express yourself precisely and convincingly in German (fluent) and English (good knowledge). You know how to speak the language of market and store managers.
  • Organizational Talent: You can organize yourself well and know how to set your priorities to achieve the greatest possible impact.
  • Structure & Data Affinity: You work confidently with Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce. You don't just phone "blind", but use data as a basis for your calls.
  • Growth Mindset: You enjoy measurable goals (KPIs) and are motivated to steadily improve your quotas in terms of partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Team Spirit: You are a team player who likes to work in a team as well as across teams and wants to contribute to the common success.
  • Industry Understanding Is A Plus: Ideally, you know the operations in the retail food sector and understand how stressful the daily life in a store can be – and how you can still get your voice heard on the phone.
