One of the ways MML seeks to create a competitive advantage is through high-caliber leaders who have well-designed people systems that result in a highly committed, engaged, and productive workforce. Requirements:

• Education: Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in operational data analysis in mining or similar industries.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Data analysis tools: Power BI, advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), SQL.
• Development and structuring of databases.
• Management of operational KPIs: productivity, efficiency, cycle times.
• Design of operational dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of hardware and software for mining monitoring (desirable).

Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and structure data from mining systems (My Sandvik, LoadScan, etc.).
• Standardize operational data collection processes through documented procedures.
• Integrate production information, work cycles, and equipment performance.
• Keep operational databases updated for analysis.
• Coordinate field audits to validate the quality and veracity of data.
