This position is responsible for the creation, delivery, and support of training solutions for the company, with a focus on Store Operations. Working collaboratively with the Manager of Talent Development Managers and other Business Partners, the Designer develops the knowledge/skills/abilities of Team Members by delivering leading edge training programs and developing training curriculum that add to the overall success of the business.

Experience: 3+ years' experience in coordinating and administering training programs. 2 years' experience in Instructional Design and content development with a focus on blended learning techniques to include but not limited to; job and visual aids, video scripts, multimedia, mobile learning, eLearning, learning guides and manuals etc.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; emphasis in HR Development, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Instructional or Graphic Design or related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
