This position is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for innovative products, product capabilities, features, and functions across the Omnichannel customer journey that support the Tractor Supply Co. - Life Out Here Strategy, produce incremental sales, profit, and an optimized customer experience. This role is accountable for delivering expected return on product investments.
Experience: 6+ years of Product Management experience. 3+ years omnichannel, ecommerce, and systems development experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred. MBA preferred.
Professional Certifications: Association of International Product Marketing and Management Certification (AIPMM), Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Digital Product Manager (CDPM), Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO).
