Join Thermo King as a Program Manager! As the Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or improved Thermo King products to market through a structured stage gate NPD process. You will also ensure new products meet specific customer requirements, program goals, timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will take P&L accountability for all program/project activity through product launch. A key deliverable is to follow best practices and drive teams towards project execution to a hand-off with operations.

Annual base salary range: $115,000 – 160,000
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
