Trane is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Product Manager-Digital & Connected Buildings.

As a Product Manager-Digital & Connected Buildings:

• Develop deep expertise in Trane Technologies AI solutions, focusing on technical capabilities and sales strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial resource for Trane Technologies AI within the region, integrating solutions into Trane’s suite of offerings.
• Deliver comprehensive training and demonstrations on Trane Technologies AI solutions for both internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate closely with Trane Sales professionals to drive successful sales of Trane Technologies AI projects in the territory.

Onsite: This position has been designated as On-Site based in Mumbai.

What will you do:

In this role you will:

• Develop expertise in Trane Technologies AI solutions and act as the primary technical and commercial resource in the region.
• Provide training, demonstrations, and technical direct-sales support for internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with Trane Sales professionals to drive successful sales and manage transitions from sales to operations.
• Guide customers on secure remote access, data acquisition, and mentor field technicians in connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Lead digital transformation efforts, customize solutions based on territory needs, and provide feedback to product development teams.

What you will bring:

• Expertise in Trane Technologies AI Solutions: Develop deep knowledge of technical capabilities and sales strategies, acting as the primary technical and commercial resource in the region.
• Training and Support: Deliver training, demonstrations, and technical direct-sales support for internal teams and external clients.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Trane Sales professionals to drive successful sales and manage transitions from sales to operations.
• Customer Guidance: Assist customers with secure remote access, data acquisition, and mentor field technicians in connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Leadership and Customization: Lead digital transformation efforts, customize solutions based on territory needs, and provide feedback to product development teams.
