What's in it for you:
Join Thermo King as a Senior Digital Product Manager! The Sr. Digital Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of digital products and services that enhance Thermo King's offerings. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the digital product strategy in alignment with Thermo King's overall business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including market research, product design, development, testing, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products.
- Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for new digital products and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Develop compelling communication around the value proposition and differentiation to competitive offers and or alternative solutions.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the execution of detailed demand planning for all product/service lines based on input from industry, market, and competitor analyses.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding assigned digital product initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure Thermo King remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance and user engagement.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time-sensitive tasks and projects.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Knowledge of the transport refrigeration business and trucking industry (preferred).
