Marketing Project Specialist

Are you a master of execution ready to drive world-class marketing initiatives? Trimble is looking for a proactive Marketing Project Specialist to be the primary engine ensuring global B2B SaaS programs move efficiently from planning to delivery. AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

In this role, you will be the foundational force behind global marketing execution, owning the coordination of high-impact product launches and demand generation campaigns. You will have the unique opportunity to drive predictable success across a complex, matrixed organization, directly influencing how Trimble's digital construction solutions reach the global market.

Key exciting responsibilities include:

  • Spearhead the end-to-end execution of global B2B marketing projects, from high-value content initiatives to major product launch enablement.
  • Serve as the expert power user of enterprise project management tools to ensure a single source of truth for timelines, tasks, and project health.
  • Act as the key operational liaison across global teams, including Digital Experience and Revenue Marketing, to bridge gaps and resolve dependencies.
  • Champion process governance and documentation, maintaining clear activity logs and status reports that keep stakeholders aligned worldwide.
  • Monitor project scope and resource utilization proactively to identify potential roadblocks before they impact delivery.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or business operations, ideally supporting a Marketing or Product organization.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise project management software such as Wrike, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Digitally savvy with a track record of using AI and efficiency tools to automate workflows and increase team productivity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage 5-10 concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with sales and marketing technologies like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or CSM.
  • Previous experience navigating a highly matrixed, global B2B SaaS business environment.

Location: US In-Office (Colorado or other office locations preferred)

Travel Requirement: 0-10%

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range $67,700.00–$93,200.00
