Ready to make a tangible impact on global industries using cutting-edge AI? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you! You will lead the strategy for how users and global enterprise customers authenticate and manage access across our entire ecosystem. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will build the identity infrastructure that powers customer trust and scales our platform for the world's most essential industries.

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. In this role, you will be the primary architect of trust for our global platform, owning the multi-year roadmap for IAM capabilities that directly enable enterprise adoption and protect the digital identities of millions of users worldwide.

Key exciting responsibilities include:

  • Drive the product strategy for identity federation, including SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations with major providers like Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.
  • Lead the development of SCIM 2.0 support to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring robust sync reliability and security.

  • Partner with Engineering, Security, and Design to translate intricate enterprise requirements into elegant, scalable admin experiences and API contracts.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all identity features meet global standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep technical fluency in identity protocols and standards including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, and LDAP.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory integrations in a technical product capacity.
  • Strong ability to define multi-tenancy models and organizational hierarchies for B2B SaaS products.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical architecture for both IT administrators and executive stakeholders.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working directly with identity providers like Okta or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Professional security certifications such as CIAM or CISSP.
  • Prior experience scaling enterprise-grade IAM from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
