Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Drive the evolution of AI-based extraction workflows by translating complex customer needs into high-impact market requirements.
• Spearhead the development cycle by collaborating daily with engineering, QA, and UX teams to validate and refine innovative features.
• Act as the global product champion, educating sales partners and users while crafting compelling messaging that highlights our unique technical edge.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with industry leaders to ensure our solutions solve real-world challenges in real-time.
• Foster cross-functional synergy by aligning global marketing and sales strategies with the latest technological breakthroughs in reality capture.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Extensive background in geospatial, survey, or civil construction fields with a deep understanding of end-user workflows.
• Proven experience guiding the development of classification tools using LLMs, deep learning, or generative AI.
• Advanced proficiency in Trimble Business Center and Trimble Connect or similar CAD and cloud-based geospatial platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze market opportunities and translate them into actionable, technical product development plans.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse global stakeholders and technical development teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Mastery of cloud services, SDKs, and APIs for reality capture data.
• Multilingual capabilities to support our diverse global customer base.
• Hands-on experience with 3D deep learning and advanced geospatial algorithms.

Location: Westminster, Colorado (Hybrid: 3-5 days in-office)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
