Location: Espoo (Leppävaara), Finland - On-site (4 days at the office, 1 day can be remote)

We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to join our Tekla Structures Product team in Espoo. As Product Manager, you will guide and align engineering teams, collaborate across functions, and drive the delivery of high quality, best in class solutions.

You will thrive in this role if you bring a unique dual-expertise: an academic background in a relevant technical discipline with solid professional experience in the construction field, paired with technical, hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning development. We are looking for someone who has set up end-to-end AI workflows with retrieval augmented generation. Your ability to merge practical construction field experience with this level of applied AI development will be the key to creating revolutionary, thoroughly tested solutions for the industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to co-drive our AI and Data strategy, aligning our solutions with real-world construction needs and Trimble strategy.
  • Lead high-performing agile development teams as a Product Owner, championing the delivery of production-ready AI features that move beyond proofs-of-concept to solve actual industry use cases and drive tangible value.
  • Support the product team in integrating AI tools into product management workflows, leveraging our enterprise AI platforms and automation frameworks.
  • Conduct hands-on discovery with customers, stakeholders, and internal experts.
  • Translate complex market needs into written detailed specifications aligned to product plans.
  • Perform acceptance testing and validations to ensure implementations meet user needs.
  • Act as the primary advocate for your team's outcomes, providing documentation and marketing materials, presenting achievements at internal events, and training staff on revolutionary new features.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You hold an academic or polytechnic degree in a relevant discipline, paired with solid professional experience in the construction field.
  • You possess proven, hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning development, backed by examples that you possibly can demonstrate during the interview.
  • You have an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • You are a confident communicator in English (both written and verbal) and capable of presenting technical concepts to large groups both online and in person.
  • You have an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, international teams and work independently on short- and long-term goals.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility: you take full ownership of the scope and results delivery.

Bonus Points For:

  • Your degree is specifically in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Understanding of data liberation strategies and structuring cloud-based data products.
  • Experience in using BIM or CAD software.
  • Proactive attitude towards solving intricate customer problems.
  • An ability to identify and evaluate data-driven use cases based on business value and customer workflows.
  • An open-minded approach to continuous learning.
  • Experience in teaching or training others.
