In this role, you will be at the heart of our global creative engine, moving beyond simple execution to lead the conceptualization of high-impact collateral that defines the Trimble brand across multiple continents. Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead the conceptualization and design of high-quality print and digital materials that inspire and inform global audiences.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Art Directors and Marketing Leads to translate complex business visions into best-in-class visual solutions.
• Master and implement the latest design trends and Adobe Creative Suite advances to deliver high-performance production assets.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced understanding of complex print and digital production processes.
• Proven ability to lead collaborative design projects and communicate creative concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in composition, color theory, and professional-grade visual storytelling.
• Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Marketing.
• Advanced illustration skills with the ability to create custom vector assets and hand-drawn elements that enhance brand storytelling across various media.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working within a global corporate environment or agency.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX principles or motion graphics.
• Established track record of successfully managing high-volume design workflows.
