You will possess high autonomy to define product strategy across multiple high-growth areas, directly influencing how global construction teams manage critical risk while helping scale a revolutionary contract intelligence ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product strategy across multiple product areas, identifying, prioritizing, and owning features that expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams to integrate customer insights into everything from problem definition through delivery.
  • Spearhead the ideation and delivery of solutions that solve critical challenges, rallying teams around the best approach to achieve sustainable outcomes.
  • Champion the customer by diving deep into construction, legal, and risk management spaces while testing and iterating ideas relentlessly.
  • Influence overarching product vision and organizational direction while mentoring other product managers to elevate the collective craft.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of proven product management experience working on technology-powered products with staff or principal-level impact.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through go-to-market launch.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for balancing long-term strategic vision with practical, iterative execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and narrative formats to align diverse stakeholders around a clear viewpoint.
  • Solid understanding of engineering, design, and full go-to-market launch dynamics including pricing and positioning.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or construction technology environments.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and emerging interaction patterns.
  • Experience mentoring or leveling up junior and mid-level product managers across an organization.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
