About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Intern to help us experiment with viral, organic, and community-driven growth tactics for the startup side of our business model. This role is about hacking distribution whether that's launching campaigns on X, building creative event partnerships, or sparking word-of-mouth in the startup ecosystem. You'll get to test ideas fast, measure what works, and double down on the channels that help Truewind break through.

Think of it this way: you're helping us find the levers that make Truewind spread and we'll give you room to experiment.

What You'll Do

Growth Experiments

• Brainstorm and test organic/viral growth campaigns across social, community, and events
• Experiment with X/Twitter growth loops, memes, and lightweight content drops
• Track and analyze experiment results, sharing learnings with the team

Community & Events

• Research and set up event partnerships with startup accelerators, VCs, and founder communities
• Support logistics and marketing for Truewind's workshops, happy hours, and webinars Nurture relationships with founders and community partners

Marketing Support

• Help draft growth content (posts, landing pages, newsletters)
• Support the team with ad hoc creative growth ideas
• Launch our first startup newsletter!

What We're Looking For

• Hungry, curious, and excited to hustle in a startup environment
• Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, and AI
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting and moving quickly
• Organized and reliable with follow-through

Bonus: previous experience in marketing, community building, or event partnerships
