Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with proven experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our AI-powered product portfolio. This role bridges product, marketing, and sales—ensuring our innovations resonate in the market and deliver real value to customers.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and leadership to understand our technology and translate it into compelling stories, campaigns, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for Gen AI products, from market research to launch to post-release optimization.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored for target industries and buyer personas.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, market research, and customer feedback loops to inform product strategy.
- Content & Collateral Creation: Produce high-impact sales enablement materials, case studies, thought leadership content, demo scripts, and presentations.
- Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with demand gen teams to design campaigns that highlight AI capabilities and drive qualified leads.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Partner with customer success, solution engineering, and partner teams to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
- Internal Enablement: Train internal teams on Gen AI product value propositions, competitive differentiators, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or related roles.
- At least 2 years working with AI/ML products, with hands-on involvement in Generative AI applications (e.g., LLMs, image generation, AI copilots).
- Skills: Strong ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Deep understanding of Gen AI market trends, competitive landscape, and ethical considerations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS or enterprise AI solutions.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation metrics.
- Public speaking experience at conferences, webinars, or customer events.
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI development workflows.
