Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate design activities for high-profile projects. In this role, you will:

• Guide and manage consultants engaged in the design of multiple projects.
• Oversee and manage the approvals process to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to clarify project scope and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve design objectives.
• Ensure design solutions align with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager on complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage consultants and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Expertise in navigating approvals processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in terminals, baggage handling systems (BHS), civil works, and building projects (highly desirable).
