Description of the Position

Within the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development department, you will support the Marketing team in charge of supporting the various business activities of the department (Licensing-out, Transmedia, Brand partnerships, Sponsoring, New business (Blockchain/NFT) and Technological partnerships) on the entire portfolio of Ubisoft brands (Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Rainbow Six Siege, Just Dance, Rabbids (Les Lapins Crétins), The Division, Watch Dogs…) globally.

You will be involved in marketing activations aimed at maximizing the visibility of derivative products both internally and externally. Your contacts will be numerous and varied (Business Teams, Marketing and communication, Development Studios, External Agencies…) and will be based on all continents, you will communicate in English daily, both orally and in writing. Your main tasks will be to:

Participate in the development of the marketing strategy for business activities:

  • Contribution to the marketing strategy of Transmedia, Derivative Products, and Partnerships activities, from conception to launch,
  • Implementation of marketing support plans for key partners,
  • Participation in the creation of style guides in collaboration with studios and agencies,
  • Coordination with Global Marketing teams and subsidiaries,
  • Monitoring and management of media campaigns with global media teams.

Implement communication tools:

  • Assist in the design of brand pitches (presentations and videos),
  • Creation and adaptation of assets (trailers, mockups, banners…),
  • Graphic localization (Photoshop) and animation of Ubicollectibles networks,
  • Support for B2B communication for trade shows and webinars.

Analyze and report on marketing actions:

  • Monitoring of Ubisoft's social media performance,
  • Assistance in the preparation of campaign reports (post-mortems),
  • Analysis of results (paid & owned media) and internal recommendations.

Qualifications

  • You are a student, you demonstrate reactivity, rigor, autonomy, and are a force of proposal.
  • You have a keen sense of relationship and communication.
  • You demonstrate good adaptability and creativity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excel and PowerPoint are no longer secrets to you.
  • Mastery of Photoshop and video editing is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the video game market and entertainment is an asset.
