Within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department and in constant contact with product managers and subsidiaries, you will assist the CRM Operations Manager in implementing automated "triggered" email campaigns. You may also be involved in cross-functional projects depending on CRM activity.
Your main tasks will be:
You are a student, and you are autonomous, you show diplomacy, rigor and have a keen sense of organization, as well as initiative and analysis skills,
You are fluent in English (written and oral),
You have a good knowledge of HTML,
You know how to coordinate a project between different stakeholders and want to discover the fields of CRM and Digital Marketing,
The plus for this position: previous CRM experience, first use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as a good knowledge of the video game market,
