Within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department, and in constant contact with product managers and subsidiaries, you will support the CRM Operations Specialist in deploying campaigns across web channels.
You will coordinate communication campaigns to build customer loyalty and attract new consumers. You may also be involved in cross-functional projects depending on CRM activity.

You are a student, autonomous, rigorous, diplomatic, proactive, and highly organized. You are fluent in English (written and spoken). You can coordinate projects across multiple stakeholders and are eager to learn about CRM and Digital Marketing. Ideally, you have some experience in CRM, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HTML, as well as a good understanding of the video game market.
