Description of the Position

Game Designer Assistant (F/H/NB).
Under the supervision of the Lead Game Designer, you will contribute to the design, balancing, and proper implementation of game mechanics. Your main tasks will be:
- Writing, structuring, and maintaining game design documentation (GDD)
- Participating in the handling of QoL issues during the live phase of the game
- Contributing to the integration and management of data within the engine (proprietary engine)
- Providing support to other designers on the team based on production priorities
- Actively participating in debugging and polishing phases to ensure game quality
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and formalization skills for design documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of game engines
- Collaborative spirit, good communication skills, and a taste for teamwork
- Knowledge of the The Crew license and the racing universe is a plus
