Role Objective
As a Lead Quest Designer on Beyond Good & Evil 2, you will be managing a team of Quest Designers.
In collaboration with the Narrative and Design teams, you will participate in and be responsible for the design and implementation of quest arcs and related systems.
Your mission will be to align your team's needs and deliverables with the creative direction of the project and associated constraints. This role reports directly to the Narrative Director.

You will work closely with Fawzi MESMAR, Creative Director, report directly to the Narrative Director, and you will manage talented designers.

Combining creativity, technical excellence, and deadline discipline.
Communicating effectively with diverse profiles.
Maintaining AAA-level quality in narrative design and gameplay.
