Job Description

Freelance Contract | Maximum 10 hours per week | Flexible and sporadic hours

We are looking for a freelance marketing specialist to support us on various communication and content creation projects. The contract is on a freelance basis, with an estimated workload of up to 10 hours per week, depending on the needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and write content for our platforms (social media, website, newsletters, etc.)
• Write and format marketing documents and communication materials (presentations, brochures, promotional materials)
• Collaborate on the writing of service offerings for local and international clientele
• Provide creative and writing support for various marketing projects

Qualifications

Profile Sought

• Experience in marketing content writing (social media, promotional documents, etc.)
• Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written). English is required since our documents and service offerings are intended for an international clientele, and many of our projects involve communication with partners and clients outside Quebec and Canada.
• Good understanding of social media and digital communication practices
• Autonomy, creativity, and ability to deliver on tight deadlines
• Flexible availability, on call as needed for the mandate.

Conditions

• Freelance contract on a mandate basis
• Flexible hours, remote work
• Maximum of 10 hours per week, depending on workload.
