Establish a commercialization system based on product direction and operational pace, develop commercialization plans and strategies, and support their implementation.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data and user feedback, continuously optimizing the commercialization system, including overall commercialization architecture, pricing and resource allocation strategies, and specific commercialization system implementations.
Develop and execute relevant operational activities through data analysis and user insights, track activity metrics, conduct performance analyses, and submit activity reports and recommendations.
Monitor and analyze market trends and new commercialization models for products, and participate in discussions and development of commercialization content and research metrics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in game commercialization, with at least 2 years in online product operations, demonstrating high product sensitivity.
Deep understanding of various game systems and economies, adept at understanding user characteristics, preferences, and payment psychology.
Data-sensitive with strong logical thinking and summarization skills.
Ability to drive projects in a cross-team environment, possessing excellent self-drive, teamwork, and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software, with experience balancing functionality and economic data, managing data, and tracking how changes impact gameplay.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with casual, dress-up, and card game categories preferred, with priority given to those with comprehensive game operation experience.
Passion for dance and sports is a plus.
