Trade Marketing Assistant - MARKETING DAY - Internship (6 month) January 2026 (W/M/NB)

The Shopper Marketing team, which straddles sales and marketing, aims to ensure the visibility of our brands and offers among our partners, both physically (retail) and digitally (Microsoft, Playstation, Epic Games Store, Amazon, Ubisoft Store, etc.).

You will report to a Shopper Marketing Manager and share their multi-brand game portfolio. You will assist them in developing sales offers and communication tools. Your main tasks will be as follows:

Development of commercial offers

  • Participating in discussions on the offer strategy for new game releases (number of editions, additional content, pre-order bonuses, etc.)
  • Developing additional physical content (limited and collector's editions, etc.) and digital content (artbooks, soundtracks, etc.)
  • Competitive analysis and monitoring (benchmarking)

Development of sales marketing communication tools and sales support materials

  • Be proactive in defining tools:
  • Physical (POS advertising, goodies, etc.),
  • Digital (mockups, screenshots, edition trailers, etc.) for product pages and social media,
  • Write creative briefs for agencies,
  • Ensure the development of physical and digital tools is monitored,
  • Propose innovative tools to optimize product pages.

Collaborate, coordinate, and disseminate information to subsidiaries and various departments at headquarters

  • Coordinate projects with different teams (marketing, studios, sales, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Translate and adapt tools to the local needs of each subsidiary,
  • Ensure that the tools developed are distributed to the relevant departments.

You are a student, ideally with some initial experience in trade, marketing, or project management.

You are a true team player, able to manage your priorities and work on several projects at the same time.

You are thorough, organized, and creative. You are also known for your excellent interpersonal skills.

You are fluent in English (written and spoken).

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
