Position Responsibilities

Develop quality learning materials for in-person, eLearning and video training modules that align with Uline standards.

Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs and to create learner-focused content.

Create standards for consistent training delivery and measure program effectiveness.

Track emerging instructional design and technology trends to develop new procedures and improve training effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technology, education or a related field.

Experience with rapid course design, audio and video editing tools and workflows.

Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

3+ years of experience in instructional design preferred.
