Project Designer

We are looking for Project Designers to join our Engineering Team. Under the responsibility of the Team Leaders and the Head of Engineering Country, and in close collaboration with the Sales Office, you will meet the needs of new and existing customers, providing them with engineering solutions and selling Doka solutions and products.

You will be part of project teams dedicated to the development of project solutions, demonstrating a strong customer orientation through the results achieved. You will use BIM modeling software to increase the efficiency of technical-commercial proposals, while ensuring the full satisfaction of the needs of Construction Companies and General Contractors;

You will support Doka in the development of existing formwork products and systems;

You will support Doka Italia in the analysis of competitors' products and solutions and proactively suggest possible improvements to be made to our solutions;

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Sales Team at customer sites, actively participating in discussions to present and value your work and contribution;

You will strengthen relationships with existing customers in the area, offering complete support for all provision structures, such as formwork and scaffolding.

You will be able to proactively lead and track commercial opportunities and convert them into business for the company; you will closely monitor the fulfillment of each project delivery.

Qualifications

Ideal profile:

• Technical Institute diploma with a Construction, Environment and Territory focus or a degree in Construction;
• knowledge of the main BIM modeling software, such as Revit and Allplan;
• knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD drawing software;
• willingness to work in a dynamic team and have a collaborative approach that supports your technical training;
• practical mindset, commitment, and readiness to support the team;
• good listening skills and understanding of customer requests;
• language skills: Italian and English (B2 level);
• availability to travel in the business area.

Additional Information
