Job Description

Doka India is looking for a highly motivated Scaffolding Designer to support its ongoing scaffolding project in Nagothane, Raigad, India.

Please note: This role is offered as an estimated 18-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on project status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scaffolding for industrial facilities, under-hung, cantilevered, large platforms, irregular structures, tube and coupler scaffolds, and other special applications.
• Provide technical support during budget and detailed offer stages.
• Deliver scaffold drawings, load calculations, and material lists.
• Coordinate with clients for technical issues
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, and regional teams.
• Use design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and scaffolding-specific software.
• Participate in meetings and design reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Technical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Tube and Coupler on-site experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D.
• Experience with Revit 2D/3D is a must.
• Experience with RStab 2D/3D is a must.
• At least 5 years of intensive relevant experience.
• Solid communication skills in English.
