We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Unison's product portfolio. This role will manage and grow a team of product managers while driving alignment across design, engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance to deliver products that delight homeowners, scale origination, and strengthen Unison's consumer experience.
You will partner closely with department heads and the executive team to align priorities, shape the roadmap, and ensure initiatives deliver the greatest value to the enterprise. This is a senior leadership role requiring the ability to operate at multiple levels, from defining long-term strategy to contributing on day-to-day execution.
This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 3 full days in either our Omaha, NE or San Francisco, CA office.

Pursuant to California Labor Code ยง 432.3, the salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000. This range reflects the base salary that the Company reasonably expects to pay for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, equity, or other benefits.
