The Menu Design team oversees the development, planning, and implementation of the global complimentary onboard menu program.
The Clubs & Lounges team oversees planning new clubs, determining club products and amenities, and marketing to our customers.
No Direct Path: This internship is designed solely to provide you with skill development and valuable work experience. This role will likely not convert to a full-time position at United at the conclusion of the internship.
Applicant must be a current undergraduate student graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or other relevant experience. Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and ensure attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable talking to and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. Confident performing data analysis to arrive at insights and develop recommendations. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Position is based in Chicago, IL - must be able to relocate for internship duration. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future. Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications. Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

The starting rate for this role is $20.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
