Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Operations Product Delivery Manager directly supports leaders and employees in the adoption of the new tools, technologies and processes. This role is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, optimize business processes, and drive sustainable change across departments.

This role combines leadership in change management methodology with expertise in process improvement and continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.

This role supports Air Ops organization in end-to-end change management from researching and interpreting data, intake research, process improvements, defining current vs future state supported by employee feedback and leader inputs, drive organizational change management strategies, project management and tactical change activities throughout the system.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise and departmental initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify and address potential risks and resistance.
  • Design and deliver communication and training plans in partnership with relevant orgs to ensure employee engagement and alignment with change objectives.
  • Help develop change management KPIs, track and report on adoption metrics, and change effectiveness to leadership.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and improve quality in line with change management
  • Facilitate process mapping, standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience. Change Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Adaptability and resilience in leading through ambiguity and change. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification. Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • Experience in a matrixed or multi-site organization
  • PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification highly desirable
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
  • Deep understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in project management and performance tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Minitab, Smartsheet, Asana).

The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
