To support our strategic Engineering and Operations expansion in India, the CCT Product organization requires a GL30 OGA Product Leader. This role is essential to driving execution of our priority initiatives through the OGA team and overseeing a portfolio of products delivered primarily from India.
As our engineering and operations presence in India continues to scale rapidly, the absence of senior product leadership in region introduces significant risks. Today, we lack dedicated OGA leadership to effectively manage key product functions such as customer engagement, alignment with OGA team members, and day-to-day product decisioning aligned with CCT's platform direction. This gap slows execution velocity, increases cross functional friction, and creates dependency on U.S. based leaders for real-time decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
A GL30 product leader in India will:
- Provide product ownership for multiple OGA delivered products, aligned to CCT's platform strategy
- Ensure tight coordination with India engineering and Operations teams, removing ambiguity, resolving blockers, and improving execution throughput
- Establish mature product management practices within the OGA team by partnering with other senior PM leaders already in the region
- Deliver product coverage during India business hours-critical for cross team alignment, stakeholder engagement, and timely decisions
- Strengthen our governance, roadmap accountability, customer alignment, and prioritization discipline across the India based delivery model
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Proven skills: Leadership, Product Management, Public Cloud, AI, Cloud Governance, Cloud Policy, Networking
- Experience with role specific metrics: Releases, customer communications, features groomed, clear product documentation, stakeholder alignment
