Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaign calendar and internal resources such as the team’s thought leadership calendar and email schedule. Maintain the team’s campaign results dashboard and all target lists
  • Work in close partnership with Optum’s web team to develop and maintain campaign pages, and with the digital strategy team to develop and maintain SEM campaigns for key products across WHS
  • Manage ongoing reporting including lead quality review, working with Growth to follow up on marketing qualified leads and sales accepted leads, managing external lists from events and external digital media campaigns, and maintaining engagement dashboards
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all demand generation campaigns. Adopt test and learn approach to constantly seek out and proactively pitch new demand generation partners and strategies
  • Utilize data to drive insights and make informed decisions to enhance marketing performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital strategy, brand/creative, sales, customer success, and product to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or analytics
  • Proven ability to learn and work with analytics and reporting tools including Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI and Excel
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple data sources and stakeholder inputs
  • Demonstrated solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in the Eden Prairie, MN, office 4 days weekly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience related to marketing analytics and reporting
  • Experience in project management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
