Join the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platform Services (ETIPS) team, driving innovation and reliability across core systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build AI foundations curriculum (beginner to advanced)
• Develop role-specific use-case playbooks
• Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions
• Manage LMS content for ChatGPT, Cowork, and Claude
• Measure training effectiveness and iterate
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Success Metrics:

• Training completion rate - target 80%+
• Pre/post AI proficiency score improvement
• Time-to-competency by role

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years L&D or instructional design
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, LLMs)
• LMS platform experience (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
• Familiarity on curriculum design and adult learning principles
• Proven solid facilitation and presentation skills
