The Clinical Marketing Liaison is responsible for the marketing and outreach of Fremont Hospital with a focus on Outpatient Services. This position will directly serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies and is responsible for maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development systems.

Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a related clinical mental health field required.
Experience: Preferably two or more years' experience working in a licensed capacity in a hospital or geriatric community settings. Experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
Licensure: Registered and in good standing with the BBS or active license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or other applicable license: APCC, AMFT, ASW, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Certification(s): You may be required to successfully complete Fremont Hospital’s non-violent crisis prevention intervention training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures. You may be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
