Horizon Health is seeking a Marketing Manager for our brand new outpatient behavioral health clinic in Miami, FL called Thousand Branches Wellness. This position is responsible for the provision of sales, marketing, along with customer acquisition and service activities throughout the community. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for achieving the budgeted utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods, as well as being responsible for the clinic's strategic marketing plan, enhancing the clinic's brand and image, management of all sales and business development activities. Insure intake and business development relationships through active collaboration. Develop and maintain accounts and referral source communication. Maintain documentation of sales calls, call plans, account profiles, and productivity. Identify elements that drive average daily visits to the clinic. Review reports that impact marketing decisions. Develop strategic plan. Develop process of identifying key accounts and market players. Provide routine reports to corporate leadership based on data/analytics to track clinic trends and identify opportunities. Establish relationships with local employers to provide necessary services to employees. Manage and maintain social media presence.
About Thousand Branches Wellness: Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including intensive outpatient (IOP), medication management, and individual therapy. A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the building of a new program and oversee client acquisition and brand recognition of our premier clinic.
