Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is a dual role. One part of the position is the Patient Step-Down Navigation, working internally at The Horsham Clinic with patients and their families on the inpatient unit to educate, answer questions and enroll the patients as they are interested to our Partial Hospitalization level of care. The second part of the role is external and will be responsible for the implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals, which includes growth of programs. The Business Development Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment. This position is mostly regional travel, traveling approximately 300 miles a week on average, mileage reimbursement available. Strong social media skills are a plus. Some evenings/weekends will be required around community needs and events.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. A valid Driver's License is required. Social Media experience is a plus. Flexibility in schedule to work some evenings/weekends as needed.
